  • I enjoy working with Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs) including Partnerships, Companies, and Trusts; as well as with Individuals. Each of these groups have specific accounting needs, and I am very familiar with them.

    I'm also aware of the "grey" areas of tax accounting and can advise my clients of their areas of claim, prerogatives and entitlement which help to reduce costs, expenditure and IRD payments.

    I love accounting and I'm passionate about people getting it right.

    The end of a financial year is an exciting time to reflect on the business performance of the past 12 months. I look at each client separately and advise accordingly. I assess business growth so we can plan for the next financial year.

  • Vicki Bendell Is Director Of Vicki Bendell Accounting In Picton

    I have been a qualified accountant for over 10 years. I gained my qualifications while having my young family. Since then, I’ve run my business from my home office on the water’s edge along the Queen Charlotte Drive.

    Unlike many of the larger accounting firms, I have the flexibility to visit busy clients in their own environment if necessary.

    My specialty is personal tax accounting for individuals, groups, associations and small businesses. This includes preparing and e-filing GST returns and tax returns; preparing wages, and providing timely tax advice.

    As a registered tax agent, I also work closely with IRD and case administrators in all areas of taxation. I’m well aware of the various "grey" areas of tax accounting and can advise my clients of their areas of claim, prerogatives and entitlement which help to reduce costs, expenditure and IRD payments.
